Co-Brand & Travel Rewards 2020 is an event dedicated to the professionals that run co-brand and travel reward programs. From card issuers, merchants and the companies and professionals that go to put cards in consumers hands, and increasingly in their mobile wallets, this is the place to be to learn what's coming next in the card space. It is also the place to share best practices and meet your fellow card industry professionals as the market works to use tech to engage with customers. From reaching millenialials, 45% of whom in the US don't have a credit card at all, to consumers who are more loyal to Apple than to an airline or travel reward program, this is the place to discuss the issues related to getting a card to be top of the wallet.

If you have a topic you want covered, let the Confernece Chairman, Madeleine Anderson, know by dropping her an email.  And if you want to nominate a speaker or even speak yourself, then check out the speakers tab at the top of this webpage.

Make sure you sign-up to attend before all the spaces for this must attend event for co-brand professionals sell out!

Early Bird Registration from $249.00 USD (Travel & Airlines & other merchants offering a co-brand card ) and $849.00 USD (Vendors & Financial Services) is available through Wednesday, February 19th. Note: Registration is $100 additional for payment by bank transfer.

The full agenda will be published soon but some of the hot topic this event will cover include:

► Who are hot target customers for co-brands? - do millennials have money now and is so, what's stopping them from having cards?
► EU Interchange Rules - what have been the consequences for issuers, co-branded cards and consumers?
► Agressive Sales Channels - following American Airlines asking their flight attendants to be less forceful onboard, is the captive audience sales channel still viable?
► Corporate Set-up - from just earning miles, to joint ventures, to setting up your own bank, is there a best way?
► Data Breaches - after the Account Take Over & breach at Capital One, what are the lessons learned?
► The Dark Web - what is it and is your brand on there?
► Apple one year after - are they taking a bite out of the co-brand market?
► Fintech & Co-Brand: what are some of the latest Fintechs that may impact co-brands?
► What is Regtech: Is this a holy grail for implementing and executing card regulations?
► Card Design: Metal vs. Plastic. Card Branding vs. Bank Branding. What gets cards to top of wallet?
► Social Responsibility: Can you this propel your card to top of wallet, while doing good, and keeping the bosses happy?

Speaking at an Ai Event

Our events focus on the areas of Loyalty Marketing, Ancillary Revenues & Merchandising, Co-Brand Cards, as well as on Payments and Fraud Prevention. And, our delegates at Ai events are keen to hear what's new, what's next and what works in these areas. So, if you've got a relevant and interesting story you'd like to share at our events, then we'd love to hear from you.

Ai Events doesn't sell speaking slots (although you can opt for a paid for pitch in the Lions' Den!)

Speaking on an agenda is determined by the relevance of the proposed topic for the audience as well as the experience of the speaker and their company.

Criteria

If you work in an airline or a company that has as its main business selling travel products direct to customers then our delegates want to hear your insights.  Therefore, we give priority to these speakers.  If you are working in a company that supports these businesses, then our delegates tell us that co-presentations with your airline/travel industry clients are the best way to share insights and we give next priority to these. New research and market insights are also highly valued by delegates and they are keen to hear from presenters that can share new research cases and studies.

We operate on a "first come, first served" basis providing that the topic is relevant to the delegates.  You can see a sample of the information that you need to complete the online form by clicking here

Submitting a Proposal to speak

If you'd like to speak at an Ai event, please complete our online form by clicking here

All our 2020 Events are listed on this form.  Please note that we give preference to airlines/travel companies that are speaking and then to joint presentations with airline/travel companies and their suppliers. There are more details about the speaker selection process on the online form.

Madeleine Anderson

Madeleine is keen to hear from qualified speakers on the various topics outlined on the conference websites.  From putting together the agendas for last year's events delegates told her that the case studies from the front line are especially well received.  A front line professional herself, having worked extensively for the likes of British Airways, Jet2.com, Flybe to name but a few she understands the issues and challenges to take ideas from concept to delivery.  You can find out more about Madeleine and link with her via her LinkedIn page by clicking here

Who comes to an Ai Event?

Ai Events focus very much on content. We have industry practitioners as speakers sharing their insights into the key issues of the day. We don’t sell speaking slots, which means our presentations are not sales pitches thus attracting delegates who want to keep up-to-date with innovations and best practices. Most airline, hotel and travel industry delegates are senior decision makers. From SVP, VP and Director level, our delegates are predominately the people doing the job and making purchasing decisions.

For more in-depth sponsorship information, relating to our different events, or the make up of our delegates, please ask for our Media Pack.

What sponsorships items are available?

We work with our sponsors to customise their sponsorship package to their corporate objectives and budget.  Our sponsorship items start from US$999 and can be tailored to your exact requirement.

Some of the options available include:

► Exhibition space - great brand presence and your chance to speak with delegates during breaks & lunches
► Brand awareness at the event with sponsorship of coffee breaks, networking receptions. We aim to get your brand out there in front of your target audience
