This Virtual Lions' Den was the place to see some of the latest solutions to enable Loyalty & Co-Brand Card Programs to be more profitable.
This fast-paced session, that took place on Wednesday, June 10th, at 10am Eastern Time/4pm European Time, will have 3 nnovative companies pitching their Loyalty Marketing-related solutions for 5 minutes each to our esteemed panel of "Lions" (judges), all of whom had extensive Loyalty Marketing experience. The pitching companies then faced 5 minutes of questioning by the Lions. At the end of the pitches, the Lions chose the Best Pitch and the Best Product of the day.

Madeleine Anderson, emceed this event. She has been the Executive Chair of Ai Events' conferences in 2019 and 2020. She ran British Airways' Executive Club and has done loyalty-related work for many other airlines from Jet2.com to Emirates, as well as for hotel brands and retailers, including launching their co-branded credit cards.
Madeleine invited the following executives with extensive loyalty marketing backgrounds to be the Lions judging this contest:
Noah Marconi is the CTO of Tag Innovation. He has deep experience in the loyalty industry with Ipsos, BBM Analytics, Vision Critical and Zero Gravity Labs - LoyaltyOne's Innovation Lab. Most recently he has focused blockchain in loyalty with Blockable and now Tag Innovation.
Marc Berman has worked as a psychotherapist, giving him a deep understanding of how loyalty works. His expertise in the loyalty and co-brand card industries is well recognized and he’s been interviewed in these areas by Rolling Stone Magazine, Bloomberg News, USA Today, among many other outlets. He co-led the loyalty marketing agency, The Mallett Group, from its launch in 1997 until its acquisition by Kobie Marketing in 2016. Additionally, Marc has chaired the Co-Brand events organized by Ai Events for the past 12 years.
David Feldman is a leading specialist on loyalty program design, finances, and economics and an authority on loyalty psychology and behavioral motivation. David is expert in airline and hotel loyalty with the consulting firm, New World Loyalty, and and most recently was advising Radisson Hotels on its Loyalty Program.
Gary Leff is author of the "View from the Wing," one of the most widely read blogs on Miles & Points in the world. A renowned expert on airline, hotel, and credit card loyalty programs, Gary served as Senior Moderator and member-elected board President of Flyertalk.com, the world’s most popular online travel community. He was named one of five voices to listen to on business travel by Inside Flyer magazine, and one of five travel experts to follow on Twitter by Condé Nast Travel.
