Michael was formerly a board Director of British Airways Global Financial Services Limited. This included responsibility for developing mileage sales with partners such as American Express, GE Insurance, Avis Car Rental and bringing onboard all the brands within InterContinental Hotels and Resorts portfolio.Prior to joining BA, Michael was the Marketing and Administration Director for the Financial Services Division of Great Universal Stores plc (at the time, the UK’s largest mail order company with 6 million customers.)
Michael is based in Glasgow, Scotland where he graduated with an MBA from the University of Strathclyde Business School as well as having professional qualifications in Marketing and Banking from the UK’s Chartered Institute of Marketing and Chartered Institute of Banking respectively. |

As Director of Marketing at Universal Air Travel Plan, Inc. (UATP), Wendy L. Ward is responsible for developing and implementing all marketing, communications, brand and promotional activities. The marketing department supports efforts by UATP to increase product awareness, grow membership, develop strategic business operations and position the UATP brand as the unifying ingredient for its Issuing airlines and more than 250 accepting airlines and thousands of travel agencies worldwide. Ward also heads the insurance division charged with growing membership base and product development.
Ward brings more than 10 years of global experience in marketing and communications experience to UATP. She holds an MBA in International Business & Finance & Accounting, and a BA in International Affairs. |

Ralph Kaiser has been President, CEO & Chairman of the Board of Universal Air Travel Plan, Inc. (UATP) since 2003. During that time he has launched and led UATP on several important growth initiatives resulting in network charge volume growth from US$ 6.9 billion in 2003 to US$ 12 billion in 2008. Previous to his appointment as CEO, Kaiser played an instrumental role in numerous UATP business initiatives while serving as UATP Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary from 2000 to 2003. |

Glenbrook has deep knowledge in the many factors that contribute to successful adoption of new payments practices or products. Jacqueline is an expert in consumer and business-to-business payments product strategy with an understanding of alternative payments, mobile payments and risk management. With over fifteen years of payments-related consulting experience, Jacqueline began her career with Bain & Company in Toronto, Canada and later was a senior engagement manager with Accenture in its Strategy and Financial Services practices. She has consulted with card companies, banks, payments providers, startups, retailers and financial services companies in the United States, Canada and Europe. Jacqueline lives in Yountville in Napa Valley, California and works out of Glenbrook’s main office in the San Francisco Bay Area. |

Pascal Burg is a Director in charge of the Paris office. He has been with Edgar, Dunn & Company (EDC) since 1999 and has worked in the London, Sydney and San Francisco offices. Pascal has over nine years of consulting experience in business strategy for financial services clients in multiple European, Asian and North American countries, and over four years of line management experience within the UK financial services industry. His core competencies include business case development, new product development, strategic planning, market entry strategy, benchmarking. Pascal has managed a large number of strategic planning, marketing strategy and implementation projects for clients including issuers, acquirers, card associations and airlines. He received his MBA from Lancaster University in the United Kingdom and his Business Degree from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Lyon in France. |

Joe Rogalla serves as Program Manager – Distribution with Delta Air Lines, where he is responsible for developing and managing revenue strategies through payments and card service programs. Joe has a career spanning over 20 years as a sales and payments executive with leading firms including Delta Air Lines, American Express, Varig Brasilian Airlines and National Car Rental.
Joe has received numerous awards and recognition for his sales performance including the Delta Air Lines’ Clark Howard 2008 Award for Revenue Achievement in producing more than $250 Million in credit card volume through cruise line and travel industry. While managing Corporate Sales for the travel sector, American Express awarded Joe the Special President’s Award. He received similar sales leadership awards from United Airlines and National Car Rental.
Joe attended Robert Morris College in Pennsylvania where he earned an Associate’s Degree in Economics. |

Dr. Guido Sacchi serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Moneta, a payment services company that allows online merchants to accept and process ACH and card payments. His responsibilities include strategy, operations, people management, business performance, and ensuring a convenient and secure experience for Moneta’s customers.
From 2002 to 2008, Guido was the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategies, of CompuCredit, an information and technology driven company that offers general-purpose credit cards and a comprehensive suite of financial services. At CompuCredit, Guido’s responsibilities included setting and executing the company’ IT strategies, delivering business value from technology, managing innovation, and running the company’s worldwide IT operations. At CompuCredit, Guido has enabled the business to deliver unprecedented results through the execution of acquisitions, technology architectures, and IT solutions.
In the past, he has worked at the executive level to align IT and business performance, thus achieving tangible returns on IT investments. Guido’s experience and background include senior management positions at Deloitte Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers, more than 18 years of international experience across industries, degrees in engineering from the University of Rome (Italy), and appointments at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Guido is a frequent speaker and magazine contributor on the topics of technology management, intersection of business and technology, leadership, innovation and organizational change.
He is the current Chairman of the Georgia CIO Leadership Association (GCLA), serves on the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) Board of Directors, and is an advisor to early-stage technology companies. Guido is the past President of Park Pride, a non-profit organization dedicated to the creation of a world-class park system in metro Atlanta. He is a graduate of Leadership Atlanta’s 2008 class.
Guido has been recognized as one of Computerworld’s Premier 100 IT Leaders in 2008. He is the 2004 GCLA National CIO of the Year, a recipient of the CIO 100 Award in 2004, 2005 and 2006, and of the Society of Information Management (SIM) Senior Leadership Award in 2006. He received the first Techbridge Community Builder Award in 2008. |

Mario joined TQ3 Travel Solution´s Commercial Card department in 2001 and since the move to BCD Travel he acts as Vice President Card Program for BCD Travel and has the global responsibility for all credit card related topics within the company. He developed a very strong and beneficial co-operation with American Express which is live in key markets around the globe and steered other co-operations with credit card companies as well as interface developments with card chains.
Mario is in charge for the contractual development as well as for the ongoing relationship management, budget planning, controlling, ongoing support and staff training. In addition he supports BCD Travel´s consulting company Advito whenever customers using their services for credit card tenders or projects. Mario is based in Germany where he was born in 1972. |

Mr. Long, a certified public accountant, has been combating financial and ecommerce fraud for over 15 years. He began his professional career in 1990 with KPMG's Chicago office where he focused on audit, litigation support and forensic accounting investigations. In 2002, Michael was hired by Orbitz, the travel website, to build the credit card fraud prevention department. Unable to find a complete solution anywhere in the market, Michael worked with the other Accertify founders to build and architect a comprehensive and efficient platform to combat card-not-present fraud that resulted in millions of dollars in saving for the organization. Michael was also an original member of the Merchant Risk Council and served on its Board of Directors. As Chief Product Strategist, he is responsible for all product, sales, and marketing strategy and execution, including customer support and consulting services.

Laurie has played a pivotal role in the areas of airline internet booking technology, customer self-service, ecommerce fulfillment, direct distribution, payment processing, and systems integration. She has delivered significant results for a number of airlines: Frontier, Continental, Eos, and Skybus. She is currently providing value to a number of airline clients in a consulting capacity. |

He is a leading authority on eCommerce fraud, payment security, and payment process improvement. Mike works extensively with the industry’s largest eCommerce merchants in travel, digital services, retail, and entertainment. Prior to CyberSource, Mike held key positions with Visa International’s Risk and Processing Services; he graduated cum laude from the University of California, San Diego and received his masters in business administration from the University of San Francisco. |

James Filsinger is the chief executive officer and general manager of Moneydirect, a 50/50 joint venture between the leading travel technology companies of Sabre Holdings and Amadeus. Moneydirect is the industry standard for payment processing for non-air travel transactions in the Asia Pacific region, with more than 8,400 customers transacting over $2B in value through the platform. Under his leadership, Moneydirect has successfully begun its global expansion to the United States, France, Italy, Germany, Canada, Spain and the United Kingdom. In addition, he effectively built a solid operational foundation to support Moneydirect’s future expansion plans, including the establishment of a strong, culturally and geographically diverse team, the transition of software development from a local supplier to a premier global provider, and the implementation of a robust, highly scalable, and completely redundant infrastructure.
Prior to joining Moneydirect, Filsinger was vice president of New Business Ventures at Sabre Holdings. He has served in the travel industry more than 13 years, comprising a variety of roles and responsibilities including management and authority for centralized business development, strategic planning and execution, mergers and acquisitions, and marketing. Filsinger also brings strong international business experience based on his successful deal and integration leadership for multi-million dollar acquisitions. His experience prior to joining Sabre includes financial systems, web development, and a finance controller role. He holds a BA in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from Washington State University. After living nearly two years in France to establish EMEA operations, he currently resides in Keller, TX USA. |

Jörg Möller, born in 1967, began to study economics at Wuppertal University in 1992, earning a German diploma as a graduate economist. He was subsequently engaged as a scientific assistant to the Chair for Operational Research.
From 1999, as Senior Consultant with Catalog International A/S in Copenhagen he was responsible for the entire technical management for Central Europe. In 2002 he joined Pivotal GmbH in Mainz as Senior Business Analyst, where he was placed in charge of Technical Project and Account Management for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. He succeeded in extending and intensifying his experience as Key Account Manager within the National Account Division at NRG Deutschland GmbH in Munich.

For PayPal, Inc. he is responsible for the global travel and entertainment vertical including partnerships, merchant marketing, business and product planning and strategy. He was most recently Director, Marketing Programs/Customer Loyalty at US Airways, Inc. where he was responsible for the Dividend Miles program – one of the most successful programs in the world; customer database development; clubs; e-mail programs, partnership development, communications, marketing planning and analysis. Other highlights of his accomplishments include the America West – US Airways merger integration, the Star Alliance launch, interactive program development, MetroJet and expanding US Airways’ international network and launch of a new business class product. Prior to US Airways, John was in business development at Carlson Wagonlit/Excel. |

Chris Vukelich is head of Business Development for eNett, which provides financial settlement solutions for the travel industry across the Globe. Chris has had an extensive career in the Travel Industry with airlines, hotels and travel distribution providers in the USA and Europe.
For the last 2 years prior to joining eNett this year he was Vice President of Distribution & eCommerce for OpenSkies, the startup premium airline launched by British Airways to operate between Europe and the United States. In this role he was responsible for developing distribution strategy and building selling systems.
Prior to joining OpenSkies, he was Chief Operating Officer for Travelport (formerly Cendant Travel Distribution) with responsibility for the B2B Services division in Europe, Middle East and Africa which included Galileo , the Travel Reservations system as well as Gullivers Travel, the worlds largest wholesaler of hotels and destination services. He has held senior roles with Hilton International and British Airways, where he was responsible for developing and executing strategies for both online and offline distribution channels. On his watch at BA, the airline made significant moves to reduce distribution costs, and he still has the emotional scars to prove it.
He is a board member of Viator, which is an online distributor of destination services and previously held a seat on the board of UATP. He also serves on the advisory board for AirPlus. He is a graduate of Duquesne University, with a degree in Marketing, and currently resides in Scottsdale Arizona, where he continues to provide total support to his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers. |

David Holmes joined UATP in July of 2002 and currently serves as Vice President, Global Sales where he is responsible for the development and execution of the company’s sales strategies with prospective airline issuers and merchants. Holmes also oversees the management of UATP’s existing airline relationships and is tasked with growing the base of airline merchants who leverage UATP’s alternative payment connectivity and back-office reconciliation offerings.
Prior to joining UATP, Holmes was with EchoStar Communication’s Dish Network division where he was responsible for business-to-business product sales in the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan region. Holmes holds a B.S. in Marketing from George Mason University and an M.B. A. from the University of Miami. |

Allan is currently the Manager of Card acceptance at Virgin Atlantic Airways. This role has responsibility for all aspects of payment strategy, relationship management, contracts and fraud prevention. Since joining Allan has overseen the introduction of 3D secure, moved to a central processing model with one PSP and one main acquiring bank, negotiated an updated American Express merchant agreement, overseen VAAs PCI compliance project and introduced a comprehensive fraud detection and prevention system.
After completing an Honours degree in Engineering at Kingston University, Allan joined British Airways in 1997 in the IT department. After roles in the Schedules Planning and Operations department, Allan started working in the Payments team in 2004. After being part of the team who successfully negotiated a new American Express merchant agreement that delivered large cost savings, Allan went onto work to continue driving down BA's cost of payment and headed up the Alternative Form of Payments project. Allan left BA in early 2007 and after a short interlude joined Virgin Atlantic in his current role." |

Colm Lyon is Founder and Managing Director of Realex Payments. He is highly regarded as one of the foremost innovation leaders in the online payment processing business. His career has spanned over twenty five years in payment related businesses, starting with fourteen years in the financial service sector.
He founded Realex Payments in 2000 and since then the business has grown rapidly to a position of inspired leadership in the online payment processing business. The payment exchange concept, which he conceived has proven to be the market winning approach in that it offers a strategic solution which addresses the core issues. Today Realex Payments process in excess of €6Bn for 3,500 businesses.
Colm has long been involved in the airline sector and Realex Payments run www.airplinepayments.com - a site dedicated to the issues of the airline payments business. Colm is firm believer in strategy and presents on the need for strategy in the context of airline payment processing - the site's tag line summarises the concept - "where strategy and payments take off".
Colm is a regular industry speaker. In 2005 he was acclaimed and rewarded for his leadership when he was a finalist of the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. As an industry figure he was Director and Chairman of the Irish Internet Association for over four years - during which time the association significantly enhanced its position. In 2009 Colm founded the Internet Growth Alliance to help Irish Internet businesses.
Colm is a graduate of University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Management Science Degree. Over the last three years he has spent further time in Harvard, Shanghai Business School and in Stanford Business School. |

Chito spent her last 14 years in the e-commerce, Internet Payments industry verticals, working for leading edge technology providers such as CyberCash, CyberSource and IBM's Internet Division, where she was the worldwide Internet payments executive from 1997 to 2000.
In the last 3 years, she has been an active speaker in the emerging alternative payments and mobile commerce space due to her mobile payments expertise. Alan has been the CEO of EuroCommerce since 2005. Under Alan’s leadership EuroCommerce has focused exclusively on the airline and travel industry, building an unrivalled knowledge and expertise of the challenges facing these industries and the opportunities an innovative approach to payments can bring. EuroCommerce is now a significant force in the Global Airline Payment Processor, with customers and partners including Ryanair, Sabre, Navitaire, Singapore Airlines, Alitalia, Wizz, Germanwings and Singapore’s Tiger Airways and bank integrations throughout the world. Alan has also successfully overseen the sale and successful integration of EuroCommerce into DataCash Group plc.
Prior to EuroCommerce, Alan co founded eWare, a Global Customer Relationship Management (CRM) company, where he was responsible for Strategic Partnerships and the ultimate trade sale of the company to their partner ACCPAC/SAGE. Alan is an Irish Chartered Accountant by profession and in his 20 years in industry has worked all over the world for companies such as Oracle, POINT and lived in the Middle East for a number of years. |
