  Airline Information Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us; therefore, we will not sell, rent, or give your name or address to anyone. Throughout the data collection process, all necessary steps are taken to ensure that data is used only according to the purposes that we have clearly stated. At any point, you can select the link at the bottom of every email sent to you by Airline Information to unsubscribe, or to receive less or more information.

Purposes for which information is collected
All data collected may be used for the purpose of providing any service requested by you, direct marketing by Airline Information, and conference-relevant information by co-host and event sponsors. From time to time we may send you information about Airline Information conferences and/or publications.

 
  Conference Registration Terms & Conditions

Name Changes
Unlimited name and delegate information changes are allowed for each registration at a fee of US $50 per instance after the registration had been initially finalized and a confirmation number generated. Name changes can be self-executed through the online booking system by following the directions and link on your registration confirmation email. Name changes as well as changes to delegate information such as title and contact information may be done through the automated system or by contacting a conference coordinator or the help desk (click on Registration & Fees on the conference web pages to locate contact information for conference coordinators). Any change, including multiple changes to a single record will count an only one (1) instance and attract a charge of US $50.

Special Meal requests
Airline Information will do its utmost to accommodate special meal requests related to conference participation, including Kosher, Halal, Vegetarian, etc. If you have a special meal request for any event in which you plan to participate, please respond with your requirements to the email message containing your event's confirmation after you have registered. While we can not guarantee that each conference venue is able to accommodate each and every special meal request, we will do our best to meet your special meal requirements.

Conference Registration and Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your registration more than 30 days prior to an event, there will be an administration charge. The amount of this charge is indicated on the fee schedule during the online registration process. For cancellations received LESS than 30 days prior to the conference date, or in the event of non attendance, a 100% cancellation fee applies, in these circumstances NO refund can be issued. All cancellations MUST be made in writing and will be acknowledged in writing. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of AIRLINE INFORMATION and co-organizers to alter the content, timings or venue.

Payment of Registration Fees

AIRLINE INFORMATION will not accept liability for any transport disruption or individual transport delays and in such circumstances the normal cancellation restrictions apply. Payment MUST be made in advance of the event, if payment is not received before the conference, delegates will be asked to make payment upon arrival at the event at the registration desk with a corporate or personal credit card – cash will not be accepted. In addition to relevant business sessions, your fee includes documentation, refreshments and lunch.

In the event of a natural disaster, terrorist alert or incident that prevents the running of the conference, all efforts will be made to reschedule the event within a reasonable period of time. AIRLINE INFORMATION reserves the right to retain up to 50% of the fee as a contribution to delegate registration, all location, marketing and central administrative costs.

Proprietary information and customer lists

Delegate attendance lists and direct networking sessions are confidential trade secrets intended for the sole use of delegates in attendance to benefit professionally from the conference with the exception of duplicating or benchmarking the conference itself.

Airline Information reserves the right to deny attendance by organizations and companies that maintain or plan to launch competing conferences on the same topics. Rejection of the competitor attendance policy or efforts to obtain customer lists through non-direct channels will be considered a violation of the United States Federal Trade Secrets Act and the Economic Espionage Act of 1996 which stipulates that any violation of said laws may be subject to penalties of $10M and up to 15 years imprisonment, and various other penalties.
