AIRLINE SOLUTIONS - No Retainer - Milestone Rates
Our consulting solution for airlines is virtually risk free, because there are no retainers, daily rates, or up front costs, except for travel costs when applicable.
Our consulting fees are based on a cost-effective system called Milestone Rates, where each accomplishment is compensated by a percentage of the total cost of the project. We determine the cost of each project in close coordination with the airline during a due diligence process. Fees are partially based on projected cost savings and process optimization. Milestone Rates for ancillary revenue consultation can be particularly low especially if one of our many ancillary revenue product/service providers is implemented.
Separate competitive rates apply to projects not requiring vendor implementation such as research studies or position papers. All rates are quoted within a proposal document upon request.
